- 1/2 kl ube
- 1 1/4 cups of condensed milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
What to Do:
- Boil unpeeled ube yam in water.
- When cooked, peel and mash then pass through a wire strainer.
- Cook over low heat with milk and margarine until thick.
- Let it cool and place in a large platter
- Refrigerate before serving.
