Beef Steak
You'll Need:
1/2 kl fresh tenderloin steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 pcs lemon
1 onion
2 tbsp oil
What to Do:
Wash and cut the beef into regular stripes. Squeeze out the water from it.
Soak the pieces in a mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice for half an hour.
Saute ring cut onions. Put away half of the onions.
Add beef and the juice. Cook for 5 minutes.
Put the fried onions on top. Serve hot.
Jalea de Ube
You'll Need:
1/2 kl ube
1 1/4 cups of condensed milk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine
What to Do:
Boil unpeeled ube yam in water.
When cooked, peel and mash then pass through a wire strainer.
Cook over low heat with milk and margarine until thick.
Let it cool and place in a large platter
Refrigerate before serving.
Lumpia Sauce
You'll Need:
4 tbp brown sugar
2 tbp cornstarch
1 tbp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup broth or water
1 segements garlic, macerated
What to Do:
Combine all dry ingredients and dissolve in water.
Cook until thick
Mix in garlic and serve.
Nilupak
You'll Need:
4 cups unripe saba, cooked and pounded
2 cups buko. medium hard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
What to Do:
Combine all ingredients and pound once more.
Mix till well blended
Arrange on platter and cut into desired shapes.
